Role summary
The incumbent will do electrical design and take the lead on electrical projects. Under the supervision of the Director of Engineering, he coordinates every step from design to commissioning. He mobilizes a team of technicians to deliver quality projects, on time, and according to the highest safety standards. A key role in transforming ideas into concrete solutions.
Main responsabilities

Coordinate electrical engineering projects and optimize resource management, while respecting budgets and deadlines;

Design high-performance electrical control systems and intervene quickly to resolve electrical breakdowns or problems of equipment;

Actively contribute to product development, by participating in design reviews, risk analyses and factory tests;

Work closely with suppliers to define specifications for necessary electrical equipment and components;

Approve component lists for production, provide technical support to internal teams and ensure electrical panels comply with UL508A standards.
To be successfull in this role

Hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or other related training;

Strong leadership and communication skills (FR-ENG);

Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously.
