Position Summary:<\/h3>\n

Under the supervision of the Project Management Director, the incumbent contributes to the coordination of design, industrial control system and conveyor activities. He makes sure to supervise the resources involved and plans the impacts and deliverables of ongoing projects. He is responsible for optimizing product development processes and improving methods. Main Tasks<\/h3>\n

  • Coordinate bid solicitations for the company and target customer needs<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the development of quotes and\/or sales prices for products or systems, in collaboration with the sales support department<\/li>\n
  • Define and support the different phases of the project for which he\/she is responsible (monitoring and component lists, user and maintenance documents, layout plan, schedules, and shipping details,) taking into account the established parameters and processes.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that all relevant divisions are involved in the implementation phases.<\/li>\n
  • Determine, negotiate, and monitor contract timelines and terms to ensure that expected timelines and costs are met.<\/li>\n
  • Perform problem-solving by guiding the engineering team or other targeted division, intervening directly with customers.<\/li>\n
  • Validate with customers the changes proposed by the engineering department and recommend corrective measures as necessary. Develop and transmit technical documentation to customers.<\/li>\n
  • Lead the kick-off meeting with all the divisions involved and coordinate all communications with customers.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in various projects or operational follow-up meetings and ensure the effective management of order changes by supporting the divisions involved.<\/li>\n
  • Manage and validate payment and billing milestones with customers, in collaboration with the finance division.<\/li>\n
  • Offering outstanding after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n
