An exciting challenge with various tasks is waiting for you! REXFAB is actively seeking a full-time Production Administrative Support Officer.
Work schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 to 4:30 pm. The schedule can be changed to allow for an earlier finish on Fridays. Possibility of telecommuting (conditions to be discussed).
What does this job involve?
As a key member of our administrative support team, you will work in collaboration with the production, purchasing and project departments. You will perform various data entry tasks in the computer system, such as quotations, invoicing, inventory adjustments and creation of comparative tables.
What will your daily life look like?
- Perform data entry in the ERP system (Genius) for: quotations, supplier comparison tables, inventory adjustments, etc.

Reconcile invoices with purchasing department credit card statements

Support project managers in invoicing customers

Assist the production team in allocating work orders by manufacturing process

File invoices and other documents as required

Perform any other tasks to assist the production and purchasing departments
Are you the person we’re looking for ?

Diploma: DEP in secretarial studies, DEC in office automation or equivalent training/experience

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position

Essential specific knowledge: Comfortable working with the Windows environment and Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems and ability to learn new software

Language skills: Fluency in spoken and written French is essential for this position

Specific skills required: Thoroughness, organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on several files at the same time and to work as part of a team
